CHARACTERISTIC PROPERTIES   MAR-TUT Adhesive is a water - based, Vinyl Acetate Homopolymer Emulsion, having 45 % solid content. Appearance of this product is white. It gives cloudy and medium flexible film when completely dried.   TYPE OF POLYMER : Vinyl Acetate Homopolymer. SOLID CONTENT (%) : 45 ± 1 PH (at 25°c) : 4 - 6 VISCOSITY (at 25°c) (Brookfield LVDV-1)  : 50000 - 100000 Cps (Sp.4/6 rpm) MECHANICAL STABILITY : Positive STABILIZING AGENT : Polyvinyl Alcohol. DENSITY (at 20° c) : 1,0 - 1,2 gr/cm³ FILM APPEARANCE (25°c) : Cloudy, medium flexible.   APPLICATION   (MAR-TUT ADHESIVE) is aqueous Vinyl Acetate Homopolymer Emulsion and used for furniture, paper,leather and multipurpose adhesive. Surfaces to be applied should be throughly freed of dust, dirt, etc. Adhesive should be mixed before applying. Applications can be realized with brush or roller. The wood pieces must be kept under pressure until drying is achieved.   STORING   It is corrosive material therefore it should be kept in stainless steel, polyester containers or iron drums, plastic barrels with polyethylene innerlinings. It is sensitive to temperatures below +5° c and above +35° c. It must be protected from freezing and direct sunlight. It can be stored about six month under the recommended conditions.
