APPLICATION |
|
MARLEX is successfuly used as Carpet back coating and Textile finishing agent. It is diluted by means of water in mixing tank. Then the mixture is transferred in to a finishing trough. Later, the diluted emulsion is applied to the back of carpet with roller. When the application is finished, the carpet is passed through a drying tunnel at 140°c and dried. During the drying, MARLEX penetrates the back of carpet, produces film which it strengthens the binding of knots. |
