KARAKTERİSTİK ÖZELLİĞİ   MARTUT MT 115 is a water - based, Vinyl Acetate Homopolymer emulsion having 51 % solid content. It is absolutely free formaldehyde.   TYPE OF POLYMER : Vinyl Acetate Homopolymer. SOLID CONTENT (%) : 51 ± 1,5 PH (at 25°c) : 6,0 - 7,5 VISCOSITY (at 25°c) (Brookfield RVT)  : 15000 - 30000 Cps (Sp.6/10 rpm) MECHANICAL STABILITY : Positive STABILIZING AGENT : Polyvinyl Alcohol. DENSITY (at 20°c) : 1,1 - 1,3 gr/ml. FILM APPEARANCE (at 25°c)  : Cloudy, semi - flexible.   APPLICATION   MARTUT MT 115 is dispersion of Vinyl Acetate Homopolymer and used as furniture, wood, paper, cardboard and Multipurpose Adhesive. It contains small amount of filler, for that reason, it gives cloudy films when completely dried. Surfaces to be applied should be throughly freed of dust, dirt, etc.Adhesive should be mixed before applying. Applications can be realized with brush or roller. The wood pieces must be kept under pressure until drying is achieved.   STORING   It is a corrosive material therefore it should be kept in stainless steel, polyester containers or iron drums, plastic barrels with polyethylene innerlinings. It is sensitive to temperatures below + 5?c and above + 40 ?c. It is must be protected from freezing and direct sunlight. It can be stored about six month under the recommended conditions.
